Sylo – Mile End | A COLORS SHOW
Born in Toronto, Canada to first generation Korean-Canadian parents, Sylo fuses indie Korean roots with 90s hip-hop influences to create a truly singular sound. Having released his early singles like ‘FOMO’, ‘Losing Myself’ and ‘Desire’ (ft. Goldchain) under the moniker Sylo Nozra, the artist went onto release ‘Ginny’ in 2020, his first single as Sylo. Since then, he’s become a rising alt-R&B sensation, delivering tracks including ‘Citrus’, ‘Why R U Back?’, and ‘Spirits’ before dropping ‘blanket’, his latest EP, in January 2023.
For COLORS, Sylo delivers a soul-stirring performance of ‘Mile End’, the first taste of his next project that is set to drop later this year. A soul-stirring single showcasing Sylo’s introspective songwriting and rich tapestry of sounds, the track sees the artist lay down sultry vocals that address the topic of fighting to save a relationship.
