We are looking for a talented post-production intern with a good sense of rhythm to join our team, help us prepare assets for our different social media platforms and support the editing and post-production process, and will also get the opportunity to see the making of a COLORS show from the very start to the performance getting released.
The ideal candidate is is highly organised and self-motivated with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passionate about video, editing and post-production.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

The intern will be a integral part of our post-production team by:

  • Supporting the Post-Production team with editing COLORS shows and interviews.
  • Developing and creating photo and video assets for use across our digital channels.
  • Supporting the production team on set when possible or needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE;

  • Experience and skill in video editing.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

The Accountant / Back Office Administrator will be a integral part of our creative team by:

  • Preparing company financial accounting (booking and tracking of current business transactions, cash and bank accounts)
  • Auditing of invoices
  • Reconciling of financial accounting analyses
  • Reconciling of the open accounts payable and accounts receivable lists
  • Monthly reconciling of provisions, payroll accounts, accruals, pending invoices and transit accounts
  • Managing key financial correspondence from headquarter

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Completed training and/or professional experience in preparatory accounting or financial accounting, accounts payable accounting
  • Highly competent in DATEV
  • Proficient handling of MS-Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite

Job Overview

As an In-House Producer you will produce and project manage different content productions from moving images to still photography and brand partnerships. You will oversee and manage the production of our most important content pieces. You will operate in a safe space for creativity whilst working with a team that is open to ideas and change

Responsibilities and Duties

The In-House Producer will be a integral part of our creative team by:

  • Overseeing all on-going production projects
  • Strategic planning of upcoming productions
  • Briefing artists/management about the run of the production
  • Hosting weekly production meeting
  • Constant exchange with all departments (art direction, partnerships, post production team, production team) and coordination
  • Working with Finance and our Co-CEO to establish and manage budget coordination
  • Support during remote productions
  • Work with our talented artists and staff to coordinate travel
  • Manage roles within the production team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Point of contact for questions/needs from production team/post production team/artist & management

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4+ years of proven experience as producer

Responsibilities and Duties

The Graphic Designer will deliver innovative and cutting-edge creative across digital channels by:

  • Supporting the Creative Director and creative/platform/apparel teams with graphic and brand design for COLORS; enhancing our experiential offering by using your skillset to create compelling and innovative design and content that helps shape and grow our brand.
  • Developing and creating inspiring and consistent creative for use across our digital channels.
  • Defining, shaping and realising innovative ideas through graphic design.
  • Realising opportunities to enhance our editorial content through strong graphic creative.
  • Being comfortable working on a varying scale of projects – from branding guidelines to art-working and being a brand guardian across all channels.
  • Working with the production manager to develop relationships with external suppliers to understand the print production process and how these processes affect the creative proposal.
  • Creating a consistent brand and customer journey from social to online store.
  • Creating and presenting presentation decks at internal meetings.
  • Managing their own time, prioritising workload to meet project deadlines as outlined in the initial brief.
  • Continually reviewing ways to improve communication, processes and efficiencies across all areas of the design process.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience and skill in typography and creative graphic design in agency/cultural sector

  • You’ll have demonstrative experience in a junior-mid design role, with experience and an appreciation of a collaborative approach through teamwork as well as push and develop ideas independently.
  • Experience in creating graphics for digital, large and small format print and retail would be plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The recording and preparation of the preliminary goods based on the delivery notes of the suppliers
  • The recording of the checked goods receipts
  • Filling out the customs forms for import and export
  • The archiving of shipping documents such as delivery notes, acknowledgments of receipt (ATR, ..) etc.
  • Processing of orders, delivery notes
  • The creation of barcodes / labels for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Coordination of delivery routes (domestic / international)
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in logistics (e.g. supply chain management,..) or similar
  • 1+ years of practical experience in a warehouse or logistics company, e-commerce and / or in the sales area
  • First experience with the implementation or adaptation of logistics / fulfillment processes
