We are looking for a talented designer with an instinct for digital to join our team, developing our content output across digital and social formats for a global media audience. As our Graphic Designer, you will help shape and develop our creative, translating imagery into cohesive campaign systems. As the brand evolves in a new era, you will be part of a close-knit but expanding creative department, working together to keep our output leading edge and defining how the world engages with COLORS. It is important to be tuned into the latest creative and cultural movements with a broad skill-set and strong aesthetic to bring COLORS’ unique brand personality to life.You will operate in a safe space for creativity whilst working with a team that is open to ideas and change

Your responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will deliver innovative and cutting-edge creative across digital channels by:

  • Supporting the Creative Director and creative/platform/apparel teams with graphic and brand design for COLORS; enhancing our experiential offering by using your skillset to create compelling and innovative design and content that helps shape and grow our brand.
  • Developing and creating inspiring and consistent creative for use across our digital channels.
  • Defining, shaping and realising innovative ideas through graphic design.
  • Realising opportunities to enhance our editorial content through strong graphic creative.
  • Being comfortable working on a varying scale of projects – from branding guidelines to art-working and being a brand guardian across all channels.
  • Working with the production manager to develop relationships with external suppliers to understand the print production process and how these processes affect the creative proposal.
  • Creating a consistent brand and customer journey from social to online store.
  • Creating and presenting presentation decks at internal meetings.
  • Managing their own time, prioritising workload to meet project deadlines as outlined in the initial brief.
  • Continually reviewing ways to improve communication, processes and efficiencies across all areas of the design process.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An interest in culture, media and the arts are a must; being connected and up to date with trends and movements both in and out of the industry, and constantly looking for opportunities for this to inspire your creative work.
  • Experience and skill in typography and creative graphic design in agency/cultural sector
  • You’ll have an impressive portfolio showing a variety of projects and creative executions, across, print, through to art-working and digital, with strong typographic skills.
  • You’ll have demonstrative experience in a junior-mid design role, with experience and an appreciation of a collaborative approach through teamwork as well as push and develop ideas independently.
  • Experience in creating graphics for digital, large and small format print and retail would be plus.
  • You’ll be used to collaborating with teams, both creative and other areas of business.
  • Highly competent with the full Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to help redefine design language and support the Creative Director and Apparel Team in evolving our brand into a bench-mark setting design leader.
  • Commercially aware and attuned to both the COLORS brand and the wider landscape of music, culture, apparel and lifestyle
  • You are able to translate briefs into creative and commercial design outcomes, with equal emphasis on detailed design and production
  • Culturally connected. With a passion for design and a genuine interest in contemporary culture and what’s happening now and next. Your work must speak to the zeitgeist and be able to contribute to both the design and wider cultural conversation.
  • Proven background in designing high-quality work for commercial brands with a strong portfolio
  • A team player

As an important member of our Accounting and Finance team, you will help maintain smooth financial operations to help us build our growing team. You will operate in a safe space for creativity whilst working with a team that is open to ideas and change

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

You will be a integral part of our team by:

  • Support Finance team in all administrative tasks
  • Prepare company financial accounting
  • Reconciling of financial accounting analyses
  • Reconciling of the open accounts payable and accounts receivable lists
  • Monthly reconciling of provisions, payroll accounts, accruals, pending invoices and transit account
  • Managing key financial correspondence from headquarter 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • Studies or training in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
  • First professional experience in preparatory accounting or financial accounting, accounts payable accounting,  back office administration or similar
  • Proficient handling of MS-Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite
  • German and English required, other languages are a big plus
  • Systematic, reliable, precise and a careful way of working
  • Strong analytical skills, a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Affinity for culture, creativity and music

We’re equally passionate about developing talent behind the scenes, and are always keen to offer exciting opportunities for individuals to grow professionally as part of our international team. With this in mind, we’re opening up a role for a personal assistant to support COLORS’ management team. We’re looking for a talented, hands-on, and highly organized individual who can be a central point of contact and assist our Co-CEO across multiple organizational and management tasks, gaining a deep insight into COLORS’ operations in the process

 

Your responsibilities:

The US Assistant will support in:

  • Managing itineraries and schedules
  • Coordination, preparation, and communication closely with management and team members
  • Organizational tasks
  • Preparing key meetings internally and externally
  • Managing projects across multiple departments

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A passion for culture, media and the arts are a must: you should be connected and up to date with trends in and out of the industry, and constantly looking for new opportunities
  • You are highly organized and have great time management skills
  • You have an interest in business and creative industries management
  • You are fluent in digital project management tools such as slack, monday.com, and G-Suite
