Shaé Universe – Summertime | A COLORS SHOW
Since releasing her debut singles ‘Big Mistake’ (ft. Ms Banks) and ‘Move’ in 2017, London-based artist Shaé Universe has made waves in the UK, West Africa, and beyond with her soothing, spiritual sounds. Her versatility as a singer and rapper is evident across her discography, which includes a series of singles such as ‘Misunderstood’, ‘You Lose’ and ‘Levels’. In 2022, Shaé released ‘Unorthodox’, a striking R&B-Drill fusion project EP which featured contributions from COLORS alums Kojey Radical and ENNY respectively.
For her COLORS debut, Shaé Universe invites listeners into her soulful world in a radiant performance of ‘Summertime’. The track—which will feature in the artist’s forthcoming project—features a soundscape of crisp drums and groovy guitars, against which Shaé reminisces about happy memories of a special person.
