Montell Fish – Don’t You Love Me? | A COLORS SHOW

Singer-songwriter Montell Fish combines elements of lo-fi with classic R&B to tell layered, poetic stories. Throughout his discography, which includes early projects like ‘As We Walk into Forever’ (2017), ‘Bedroom Gospel’ (2017), ‘It’s Beautiful’ (2018), and ‘Nights & Days.’ (2019), the Philadelphia-based artist has continually redefined Christian music through his vivid writing and stirring voice. Fish dropped two projects—the melancholic ‘JAMIE’ and heartbreaking ‘Her Love Still Haunts Me Like A Ghost’—in 2022. Since then, he has been gearing up for the release of his latest album ‘CHARLOTTE’. So far, he has dropped the ethereal singles ‘DISTRACTION’ and ‘SCREAM MY NAME.’.

For his debut A COLORS SHOW, Fish shares ‘Don’t You Love Me?’, a previously unheard single that will feature on ‘CHARLOTTE’. Against a rich mix of sharp kick drums and sprawling guitar lines, the artist delivers soulful, falsetto-laden vocals that plead for acceptance while acknowledging his flaws and struggles. Watch the full performance on the site and make sure to check out the rest of ‘CHARLOTTE’ when it’s released on August 23rd.
