Born-and-raised in the UK, Angolan-Portuguese rapper, singer and songwriter Carla Prata’s music delivers the perfect blend of Afro/R&B with Anglo-Angolan lyrics and melodies. Since introducing herself with her dazzling debut offering ‘All Right’, Carla Prata has continually impressed with her singular sounds, most recently with her ‘Roots’ EP which dropped last year. Earlier this year, the artist graced the COLORS stage with a spectacular rendition of her sensational single ‘Certified Freak’ which saw Prata lay down her silken smooth vocals over a fierce trap-beat.
