Al-Doms first impressed listeners with his wise and witty penmanship on his debut projects ‘New Day’ and ‘NEW DREAM’ which dropped in 2019 and 2021 respectively. Since then, the Norfolk, Virginia-born rapper has released a slew of singles including ‘APPARENT’, ‘MISS ME’, and ‘HAHA’ (ft. Pusha T), which preceded his latest studio album. Titled ‘PRESCRIBED OVERDOSE’, the record highlights Al-Doms’ unique storytelling as he segments the songs into “doses”, each of which chronicle his thoughts about his relationships, trials, and tribulations.
For COLORS, Al-Doms debuts ‘Til My Heart Stops’, a new single lifted from his forthcoming project. Featuring the elegant vocals of newcomer Alessandra Salinas, the track’s bass-heavy instrumentation is driven by crisp drums.
