London based songstress Jessie Ware unveils sparkling new single ‘Ooh La La’ which is lifted from her forthcoming fourth studio album ‘What’s Your Pleasure?’. Serving as the follow up to previously released cuts like ‘Mirage (Don’t Stop)’, ‘Adore You’ and ‘Spotlight’, this funk-filled gem boasts the nastiest bassline you’ll have heard in quite a while. South London based artist Moses Boyd teams up with COLORS alum Poppy Ajudha on ‘Shades of You’, the latest single from his forthcoming debut album ‘Dark Matter’. The single serves as the follow up to previously released tracks ‘Only You’ and ‘Stranger Than Fiction’. On ‘Shades of You’, Ajudha sings about knowing and appreciating your self worth as her soul-stirring vocals traipse through a murky soundscape comprised of a groovy bass-line and Boyd’s steadfast drums.

INFLO – No Fear

Enigmatic London producer INFLO’s irresistible debut single ‘No Fear’ is a groove-infested gem. Released over a year ago by London label Forever Living Originals (home to SAULT and COLORS alum Cleo Sol), the blistering track serves as the perfect ray of sunshine on these colder days leading into winter. The fabulous instrumentation, which is driven by some killer drums and some fluttery woodwind moments are topped off by an infectious hook that gives the song its spirited energy.

Tungz – OKAY

Bristol based quartet Tungz bring their 70s funk filled vibes with the release of their spectacular debut EP titled ‘OKAY’. Opening single ‘Do You Like It’, wonderfully sets the scene for the project’s groove-inflected atmospherics, with each of the remaining three tracks showing a different slice of the band’s sound. From the sensational solo that steals the show on ‘My Baby Can Stand Being Alone’ to soothing vocal melodies on closer ‘What I Wanted’, ‘OKAY’ lives up to be an absolute blast from start to finish.

Premiere: Havelock – Pheromones

Kent born, London based artist Havelock serves up another slice of refreshing indie pop packed with groove in the form of ‘Pheromones’, which is produced by Luke Fitton. The follow up to previously released single ‘Real’, ‘Pheromones’ is a melting pot of influences, seamlessly combining elements of hip-hop, indie pop and electronics and wrapping them up into a unique sound. Premiering here at COLORS, ‘Pheromones’ sees Havelock shift from intimate and subdued in the verses before bursting into the vibrant and groovy atmospherics of that infectious hook.

Jai Paul – Do You Love Her Now / He

After seven years, London based singer, songwriter and producer Jai Paul breaks his silence with the release of double B-side singles ‘Do You Love Her Now’ and ‘He’ along with a brand new website. On the former, Paul is joined by Paul Institute artist Fabiana Palladino, whose sparkling voice wonderfully compliments Paul’s endearing tones to float over the soothing and sombre atmospherics. The latter, is a triumphant slice of summery groove-inflected pop that packs a punch as Paul’s falsetto-laden, MJ-esque vocals glide through.
