In February 2024, singer, songwriter and producer Tamada captivated audiences with his debut A COLORS SHOW performance of ‘Dao’. The single perfectly showcased his unique blend of Georgian folk and electronic styles, and teased the release of his much anticipated sophomore album.

Now, Tamada’s returning to the COLORS stage to deliver an atmospheric and vibrant rendition of ‘Jinit’, which also features on the album. Against a soundtrack of traditional Georgian guitar lines and an electrifying house beat, the artist delivers powerful vocals that communicate a sense of longing, reflection, and resolution. Named after the traditional Georgian table host (or toastmaster), Tamada is a singer, songwriter, and producer from Tbilisi who blends electronic music with traditional Georgian sounds. Since capturing listeners imaginations with his 2020 projects ‘Fr​ü​hst​ü​ck mit Tamada’ and ‘Papa Nakebi’, the artist released his debut album, ‘Dionysus vs Tamada’—a project reflecting on various social issues—in 2021. More recently, Tamada has teased his upcoming sophomore album by releasing a string of singles such as ‘Tikebi’, ‘Kinto’s Song’ and ‘Homeless’.

For COLORS, Tamada delivers irresistible performance of his new single ‘Dao’, which will also feature on the new album. Blending Georgian folk and organic house music, the track features warming guitars and a spirited beat against which the artist expresses a sense of vulnerability and unresolved tension.
