In January last year, Danish artist Hans Philip dropped by COLORS to deliver a melancholic and dream-like performance of ‘somendrøm’. The single followed on from his exceptional 2019 debut project ‘Forevigt’, which showcased the artist’s prowess as a singer, rapper, and musician.

Returning to the stage, Hans Philip shares an intimate performance of his nostalgic new single ‘Juno 18’ for his A COLORS ENCORE. Against minimalist instrumentation, Philip reminisces about his mother and his childhood with great emotional depth. Watch the full show above.

Having originally impressed by rapping over other artist’s beats, Hans Philp has gone on to become one of the most exciting artists to come out of Denmark in the past few years. Since debuting with singles like ‘Forevigt’, ‘Hvorfor?’ and ‘Tiden Læger Alle SÅr’, the rising musician and former member of duo Ukendt Kunstner went on to release his debut solo project ‘Forevigt’ in 2019. On the project, which translates to “Forever”, Philip flexes his vocal chops as both a singer and rapper over expansive and refreshing soundscapes.

For COLORS, Hans Philip shares a melancholic moment with a performance of brand new single ‘Somendrom’.
