Black Sherif

Born and raised in the Ashanti region of Ghana, Black Sherif is a trailblazing artist known for his raw fusion of Hip-Hop, Ghanaian Highlife, and Afrobeat influences. Breaking through with singles like ‘Second Sermon’ (2021) and ‘Kwaku the Traveller’ (2022), he quickly cemented his status as a rising force with his critically acclaimed debut album ‘The Villain I Never Was’ (2022). Since then, Sherif’s witty lyrics, haunting melodies and gritty rhythms have continued to impress through a string of singles including ‘SIMMER DOWN’ (2023), ‘Shut Up’ (2024), before dropping his sophomore album ‘IRON BOY’ this past April.
