WESTSIDE BOOGIE – STUCK | A COLORS SHOW
Though his debut mixtape, ‘Thirst 48’, landed in 2014, it wasn’t until the following year and the release of ‘The Reach’ that Compton rapper Anthony Tremaine Dixson—better known as WESTSIDE BOOGIE—really came to international attention. Since then, the artist released his debut studio album, ‘Everythings for Sale’, which features contributions from Eminem as well as COLORS alums JID, 6lack, and Snoh Aalegra.
For COLORS, WESTSIDE BOOGIE delivers a breezy performance of his latest single ‘STUCK’. Darttney Ellis, and Larrance Dopson, the striking cut opens with gentle keys before an icy trap-beat enters to soundtrack the artist’s raw, unfiltered songwriting as he switches between his two alter egos Anthony and Superblood Boog.
