Over the past decade, Seine-Saint-Denis native Sadek Bourghuiba—aka Sadek—has become known for his unrivaled songwriting and dynamic delivery. Now widely regarded as one of the best French rappers of his time, his musical career took off with early releases including ‘La légende de Johnny Niuuum’ (2012), ‘Les frontières du réel’ (2013), ‘Johnny Niuuum ne meurt jamais’ (2015), and ‘#VVRDL’ (2017). Sadek’s most recent album, ‘Aimons-nous vivants’, dropped in April 2021. Twenty tracks long, it featured standout singles such as ‘Kimino’ (ft. SCH & Nino), ‘Aller-retour’, and ‘Alliance’ (ft. Vald). Since then, he’s released a string of songs including last year’s ‘Sicilien’.
For his debut A COLORS SHOW, Sadek shares a powerful performance of his new single ‘Changement de propriétaire’ (which translates to English as ‘Change of ownership’). Pairing delicate piano progressions with a thumping beat, the track sees the French rapper lay down his truth as he bares all from start to finish.
