Noah Slee creates swirling and atmospheric R&B jams that are drenched with soul. The New Zealand raised, Berlin based singer/songwriter wonderfully co-ordinates a range of sounds from electronic to alternative-R&B whilst maintaining an authentic and rich vibe. This past summer saw the release of his long awaited and impressive debut album Otherland which featured the previously heard singles “DGAF” and “Radar”.
However, as part of his COLORS show, the crooner entices us with a sultry performance of standout cut “Lips”. Capturing an utterly enthralling atmosphere which oozes seduction, this is a perfect example of a session where everything comes together so seamlessly. From the warm, caramel backdrop and his light, chocolatey attire, the track’s smooth and rich aesthetic is mirrored wonderfully. Soundtracked by a crisp electronic-led beat penned by long-time collaborator Ben Esser, it’s Noah Slee’s silky vocals and poetic songwriting which rightfully shine the brightest. Sink into the lush ethereal soundscapes up top and be sure to check out Noah Slee’s brilliant album Otherland (released via Majestic Casual) too!
