Désirée Dorothy Mishoe crafts soulful and heartfelt gems as May The Muse. The Bad Nauheim-born, Berlin-based singer/songwriter has lent her voice and pen to co-write and record with the likes of Chefket, Robot Koch and Parra For Cuva, to name just a few. In 2018, May The Muse shared ‘Gold’, an EP released in collaboration with Robert Koch which features two stunning tracks in the form of ‘Gold’ and ‘Bad Kingdom’. Last year, the emerging artist unveiled her debut solo offering ‘Islands and Waves’, a sweeping piano-led gem that showcases May’s mesmerising vocals and uplifting songwriting.
As part of her A COLORS SHOW, May The Muse treats us to an exclusive performance of new single ‘Awake’ which is lifted from her forthcoming solo EP. Driven by a spirited beat sprinkled with percussive offshoots and delicate piano chord progressions, ‘Awake’ is another striking offering from May The Muse who shines with her powerful and utterly captivating vocals.
