Fana Hues – Breakfast | A COLORS SHOW

Since releasing her debut single ‘Notice Me’ last year, Pasadena, California-based artist Fana Hues has gone onto release her equally impressive debut EP ‘Hues’. The ten track project sees the singer-songwriter reflecting “on the complexity of human emotion”, and features highlights including ‘Icarus’, ‘Lay Up’, and ‘Desert Flower’.

This past year, not only has Hues released a reimagination of ‘Desert Flower’ with fellow COLORS alumnus Mereba, she has also featured on Tyler, the Creator’s ‘SWEET / I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE’ from ‘CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST’. More recently, she has teased her forthcoming project with the release of her new single ‘Pieces’.

For her A COLORS SHOW, Hues delivers a delectable performance of another brand new single titled ‘Breakfast’. Glorious guitars are joined by the artist’s gentle and soothing tones before the instrumentation flourishes into a dreamy and relaxing soundscape, over which Hues sings about struggling to move on from the past. Catch the stunning performance above, and keep an eye out for Fana Hues’ forthcoming project which is set to be released early next year.
