Having already been introduced to many as one third of experimental hip-hop outfit Hawk House, North-West London based singer, songwriter and producer Demae (fka Bubblerap) stepped into the spotlight once again last year with the release of her soulful debut project ‘Life Works Out… Usually’. A simmering melting pot of classic soul with a refreshed twist, the eight track project sees Demae (aka Demae Chioma Wodu) work her magic alongside appearances from Fatima, Joe Armon-Jones, Ego Ella May and Nala Sinephro on cuts like ‘Stuck In A Daze’ and ‘Let Go’.
