You know us for our SHOW, from TONES, and the incredible artists we work with, but we want to share what it actually takes to build up to those moments – the work behind them, the people, the decisions. The behind-the-scenes, the backstage.

People to people.

Let's start with the basics. Who is "we" and where are we doing what we’re doing?

"We" is a team of around 30 people (depending on the project), and most of us are spread across Berlin, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles – that’s just the core teams. Add to that the artists, the artists’ teams, creatives, and partners all around the world and you get an idea of how vibrant and inspiring the work behind the scenes can be for us.💗

Our main physical hubs are in Berlin (where it all started), London (where part of our core team has been quietly killing it for five years now), and New York (where we opened our second studio last year).

Today, we're writing to you from the sunny Berlin, Kreuzberg office – where the team is busy prepping for next week's releases.

While writing, we couldn't help but reminisce about what happened since our last real newsletter…

Last year we soft-opened our New York studio and office, launched our experiential series TONES in 5 cities (which continues to bring us closer to you with every major city we pop into), got inspired by some incredible brands we got to work with, had a water damage in New York, found a trapped pigeon in our Berlin office and rescued her… and oh, yeah, we turned 10 years old this year! How time flies.

So now you have the basics and there will be a lot to talk about in the next letters.. New artists, new projects, new thoughts and ideas, and hopefully a lot of collaborating with YOU!
