Yamê – Bécane | A COLORS SHOW
French-Cameroonian artist Yamê creates music that straddles the worlds of R&B, Hip-Hop, and Jazz. After introducing himself with the brilliant mixtapes ‘Bantu Mixtape Vol. 1’ and ‘Bantu Mixtape Vol. 2’ in 2020, the rising artist released his debut EP, ‘Agent 237’, the following year. Most recently, Yamê dropped the singles ‘Kodjo’ and ‘Call of Valhalla’, the latter of which caught the attention of renowned producer Timbaland.
For his debut A COLORS SHOW, Yamê delivers a tantalizing performance of his brand new single ‘Bécane’. Lifted from his forthcoming EP, which is due to drop later this year, the track features an irresistible combination of bassy beats, groovy guitars, and falsetto-laden vocals, not to mention poetic and powerful lyrics.
