New York City based MC Wiki is a natural storyteller. There’s an organic and authentic quality to Wiki’s narratives that connect on all levels, not to mention his grizzly and raw vocals which further sets him apart as one of the most innovative and intriguing rappers around. His wonderful debut album ‘No Mountains in Manhattan’ which dropped in 2017 was followed up last year by the equally impressive and exciting ‘OOFIE’ which featured contributions from the likes of COLORS alumni Denzel Curry and Princess Nokia.
Stopping by the COLORS studio, Wiki works his lyrical magic on a fiery performance of unreleased single ‘Cash Out’. Sprinkled with soothing piano chords that are quickly boosted by a spirited trap-and-bass-heavy beat, (unsurprisingly) it’s Wiki’s wordplay wizardry and powerful delivery that steal the show here.
