Shenseea for COLORSXSTUDIOS.
COLORS showcases exceptional talent from all around the globe, focused on the most distinctive new artists and original sounds.
Shenseea’s assertive rhymes and lively soundscapes have solidified her as one of the most revered artists to come out of the West Indies in recent years. Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, the singer, rapper, and songwriter released her Vybz Kartel-assisted debut single ‘Loodi’ in 2016. Since then, she’s worked with the likes of Christina Aguilera, COLORS alum Masego, and Major Lazer, and was the only female rapper to be featured on Kanye West’s 2021 project ‘DONDA’. In 2022, Shenseea released ‘ALPHA’, her debut album featuring highlights such as ‘Can’t Anymore’, ‘Lick’ (with Megan Thee Stallion), and ‘Blessed’ (with Tyga).
