Serious Klein – Peek A Boo | A COLORS SHOW
Shortly after sharing his explosive debut A COLORS SHOW, ‘91 Flex’ in 2018, Ghanaian, Germany-based artist Serious Klein (aka Seri The King) went onto drop his incredible debut album ‘You Should’ve Known’. Featuring standout tracks like ‘Voodoo Money’, ‘Boy Boy’, and ‘Coochie Money’, the project demonstrated Klein’s dynamic delivery, innovative flows, and thematically addressed his career, finding his feet, losing his father, and more. Since then, Klein has released his 2021 EP ‘Ludus’ (which includes a collaboration with fellow COLORS alum Jay Prince) as well the singles ‘White Knight’ and ‘Up’, in the lead up to his forthcoming project.
For his return to the COLORS stage, Serious Klein delivers a melancholic performance of ‘Peek A Boo’, a single that gives a taste of what’s to come in his new project. Against a contrasting soundscape of mellow piano chords and icy, the artist reflects on his journey through life, lyrically addressing the challenges and personal struggles he’s encountered along the way.
