That’s exactly the case with ‘La Luz’, the most recent offering which María José Llergo performs for COLORS. Like the rest of Llergo’s discography, the song stays true to traditional Spanish influences whilst welcoming a refreshing contemporary twist, creating a sound that is both authentic and original. On ‘La Luz’, a collaboration with Didi Gutman and $kyhook, Llergo lays down her stunning musings over electronic-led Flamenco beats that twist and turn their way throughout the track’s three-minute-plus lifespan. Enjoy the magnificence of María José Llergo’s ‘La Luz’ up top and check out ‘‘Sanación’ if you haven’t already done so.
