Since his striking debut A COLORS SHOW in 2017, Jeshi has become one of the most exciting new voices to come out of the UK. Having already released two EPs—‘The World’s Spinning Too Fast’ (2017) and ‘BAD TASTE’ (2020)—the London MC recently dropped his debut album. Titled ‘Universal Credit’, the 13-track project showcases Jeshi’s trademark frank and hard-hitting lyrics and holds a mirror up to the current state of British society, commenting in particular on the gap between rich and poor and the hardships of poverty.

For his return to the COLORS stage, Jeshi delivers an impactful medley of two highlights from ‘Universal Credit’. Opening with ‘Coffee’ and closing with ‘National Lottery’, Jeshi’s sharp lines and dynamic delivery impress as he maneuvers his way through both tracks’ powerful instrumentation.
