J Hus – Massacre | A COLORS SHOW
Afroswing pioneer J Hus is the epitome of a homegrown star with global reach. Born in Stratford, London to Gambian parents, Hus released his BRIT, Mercury Prize, and MOBO Award-nominated debut album ‘Common Sense’ in 2017, before going on to top the UK album charts with his sophomore record ‘Big Conspiracy’ in 2020. This project marked the artist’s coming of age, displaying a maturity and complexity of storytelling that extends through to his latest album, ‘Beautiful and Brutal Yard’. Released in July 2023, it features the likes of Drake, Jorja Smith, Burna Boy, Naira Marley, and Popcaan.
