Hailing from Inglewood, California, Daniel Anthony Farris (aka D Smoke) stepped into the spotlight in 2019 after winning the inaugural season of Netflix’s ‘Rhythm + Flow’. The following year, the rapper released his acclaimed debut album. Titled ‘Black Habits’, the project earned him two Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rap Album. D Smoke’s versatile delivery and sincere songwriting featured once again ‘War & Wonders’, his sophomore LP including collaborations with fellow COLORS alumni BJ The Chicago Kid and SiR.
