In recent years, South East London-based multi-instrumentalist, producer, and DJ has reimagined classical music under the moniker cktrl, which stands for “can’t keep to reality”. In 2020, the Lewisham native released his debut EP ‘robyn’, a raw and potent exploration of heartbreak told through the artist’s jazz-infused piano, saxophone, and clarinet arrangements. Last year saw the release of ‘zero’, an equally impressive body of work which features collaborations with COLORS alums Mereba, anaiis and ANNAHSTASIA.
