Bongeziwe Mabandla

Over the past ten years, South African musician Bongeziwe Mabandla has established himself as a captivating force of African Soul, earning a growing global fanbase in the process. Since releasing his debut album ‘Umlilo’ in 2012, the artist has dropped two equally arresting records in the form of ‘Mangaliso’ (2017) and ‘iimini’ (2020). More recently, Mabandla has teased the release of his upcoming fourth studio album, ‘amaXesha’, through singles including ‘noba bangathini’, ‘ukuthanda wena’, and ‘ndikhale’.

For his debut A COLORS SHOW, Mabandla delivers a mesmerizing performance of ‘sisahleleleni (i)’, a single lifted from his forthcoming album. Backed by choral harmonies, gentle piano keys, and soft drums, Mabandla delivers breathtaking falsetto-laden vocals, creating a magical and spiritual atmosphere in the process.
