BANKS is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and producer who first introduced her moody, atmospheric blend of alternative R&B and dark pop in 2013 through EPs ‘Fall Over’ and ‘London’. The following year, BANKS released her debut album ‘Goddess’, which further showcased her haunting vocals, introspective lyricism, and ethereal yet hard-hitting production. Across follow up albums like ‘The Altar’ (2016) and ‘Serpentina’ (2022), BANKS has continued to push sonic boundaries, incorporating electronic textures, hypnotic beats, and raw emotional depth into her music. With a signature sound that fuses vulnerability and strength, she has carved out a space as one of the most compelling voices in contemporary alt-R&B.
