Heno. – IDCAS

SEB – Coney Island

Fresh off the release of ‘THEY DON’T LIKE ME’, L.A.-based bedroom pop producer SEB unveils shimmering new single ‘Coney Island’. Lifted from his forthcoming EP titled ‘IT’S OKAY, WE’RE DREAMING’, the dazzling cut boasts a hazy, summery soundscape that masks SEB’s exploration of darker themes where he reflects on his “mental health struggles and everything that comes with that”. Body Meat – Year of the Orc

Philadelphia-based songwriter and producer Body Meat (aka Christopher Taylor) drops his spectacular new EP ‘Year of the Orc’. Featuring previously released singles ‘ULTIMA’ and ‘4700’, the seven-track project exemplifies the artist’s impeccably intricate and genre-defying sound as glitchy, shape shifting soundscapes are topped up by equally morphing vocals that keep you on your toes at all times. kaz moon – Furious

After a string of single releases throughout 2020 Chinese-American singer/songwriter kaz moon shares the first song from his forthcoming new project in the form of ‘Furious’. Serving as an “abstract breakup song”, ‘Furious’ sees the rising artist lay down a soothing soundscape of soft drums and gentle guitars to allow his feather soft tones to glide across with ease. EXUM – Bad Chick Bad Dude

Ex-NFL pro EXUM follows up his exceptional debut single ‘Dark Kept Secret’ with hyper-charged new offering ‘Bad Chick Bad Dude’. Accompanied by a superb self-directed music video, the fiery track boasts a playful, bass-heavy beat that is perfectly juxtaposed by EXUM’s hard-hitting delivery that brings to mind the likes of JPEGMAFIA and Tyler, the Creator. Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Finn Harry unleashes explosive new single ‘SPLIT THE POWER’. The powerful cut packs quite the punch as killer guitar riffs and a kicking beat provide the perfect soundscape to create that grungy, futuristic punk aesthetic. Indian-born, US-based artist AFKAP drops his first release of the year with reflective new single ‘AAINA’ (produced by Ransom Beatz) via Gully Gang. Soundtracked by a slick trap-inspired beat that boasts subtle keys and breezy electronics, it’s AKFAP’s slick tones and introspective lyrics “inspired by the chaotic nature of online activism” that truly shine here. Cautious Clay – Roots

Brooklyn based artist Joshua Karpeh aka Cautious Clay serves up an absolute beauty of a single in the form of ‘Roots’. Serving as the singer, songwriter and producer’s first release of the year, ‘Roots’ is a wholesome and heartwarming single about “having an established history with someone and coming to the often difficult realization that things ultimately won’t last”. Having already impressed with ‘HIGHROAD’ and ‘BEADS’ earlier this year, rising New York-based artist emawk is back with delightful new single ‘ACOUSCOUS’. Soundtracked by emawk’s signature production (by Zach Ezzy) that sees lush guitars meet subtle electronic flourishes courtesy of Zach Ezzy, the glorious number is topped off by the singer’s impeccably smooth vocals that are harmonized to perfection. Colby Lafayette – BEST GUY

LA-based artist Colby Lafayette shares powerful new cut ‘BEST GUY’, a hypnotising standalone in the lead up to his forthcoming EP. Serving as the follow up to last year’s magnificent ‘SO BAD’ EP, ‘BEST GUY’ is another gritty alt-rock banger that boasts grungy guitars and a sharp beat for Lafayette to lay down his magnetic vocals. Maryland-based trio Lo Village (Ama, Kane and Tyler) continue to impress with the release of their magnificent new EP ‘Lost In America’. Featuring previously released singles ‘Terry Crews’ and ‘Out The Window’, the project is rounded off with three new gems in the form of ‘Sick’, ‘Run’ and ‘Lost In America’, the latter of which arrives with a stellar new clip by Wayn O Reid.
